What the planner keeps
Everything you owe, on one screen
Finman's debt payoff planner is a list of everything you owe, each debt with its rate and target date, plus a log of every payment. Each payment lowers the remaining balance and moves the progress bar; a debt past its target date is flagged overdue. Totals show what you owe, what others owe you and the net, per currency. Free during the open beta.

- 01 →List every debtToday's balance, the rate and the lender from your latest statement.
- 02 →Choose the orderSnowball or avalanche; the free calculator shows the payoff date and interest for both.
- 03 →Set target datesThe date you want each debt gone, from the order you chose.
- 04 →Log each paymentThe balance, progress bar and totals update at once.
- 05Check the courseA debt still open after its date is flagged overdue. With AI on, the monthly plan suggests a payoff order and why.
Snowball or avalanche
Two ways to order your debts
Both pay the minimum on every debt and put the extra money on one target at a time. They differ in which debt is the target. The longer explanation: debt snowball vs avalanche.
Smallest balance first
The first debt disappears soonest, and its payment rolls into the next one. Useful when quick, visible wins keep you going.
Highest interest rate first
Less of your money goes to interest over the whole plan. Useful when one card carries a much higher rate than the rest.
Enter the same debts in the debt payoff calculator to compare both orders by payoff date and total interest, then copy the dates into Finman as target dates.
